Modify Managing Client or Client

To change the managing client’s or client’s name, or a client’s data directory:

  1. Click Case Management on the OPEN DISCOVERY Home page (or Case Management on the main menu located in the left pane).

  2. Take one of the following actions as needed:

    • Click corresponding to the needed managing client and click Edit Managing Client.

    • Click corresponding to the needed client and click Edit Client.

  3. Managing clients: To change a managing client’s name, enter the new name and click Save.

  4. Clients: Change the name and/or data directory and click Save.

  5. Notify other administrators and users of the changes.

Note: You can also configure LIVE EDA environment settings for your clients when editing a client. See Manage Environment Settings at the Client Level for details.
