Remove Multimedia from a Case

You can remove multimedia from your case using the Multimedia Explorer.

To remove multimedia from the case, follow the steps below:

  1. From the dashboard, click the Fact Management module.

  2. Select the Case Story tab in the left navigation panel.

  3. Open the needed case by double-clicking the case name in the Cases table. Alternatively, you can select the appropriate case name, then click the Open Case button in the ribbon bar above the table.

  4. Open the Multimedia Explorer by selecting the Multimedia tab on the left side of the page.

  5. Select the multimedia file to be removed.

  6. Click the Remove button in the Multimedia Explorer.

  7. The multimedia file you selected is removed.

    Tip: The Remove button is also found in the right-click context menu of the Multimedia Explorer.
