Add Multimedia to a Case

You can add multimedia to your case using the Multimedia Explorer.

To add multimedia to the case, follow the steps below:

  1. From the dashboard, click the Fact Management module.

  2. Select the Case Story tab in the left navigation panel.

  3. Open the needed case by double-clicking the case name in the Cases table. Alternatively, you can select the appropriate case name, then click the Open Case button in the ribbon bar above the table.

  4. Open the Multimedia Explorer by selecting the Multimedia tab on the left side of the page.

  5. Click the Add button in the ribbon bar of the explorer.

  6. The file explorer appears.

  7. Navigate to the needed file, select it, and click the Open button in the bottom-right corner of the file explorer.

  8. The multimedia is added to the case and appears in the Multimedia Explorer.
