Tag Searches

Once the Classification Task has been run, the classified case can be searched by their tags. The Tags tab in a Messages, Files, or Federated Search, lets you search for items that contain specific tags.

You can create and remove tags. The IPRO Search default tags include Relevant, Privileged, Flagged and/or Work Product. These default tags are read-only and cannot be modified.

How to Search Using Tags

After running the Classification Task on your case and making sure you have items tagged, click Search > Messages or Files or Federated. Then, select the Tags tab, and select the Tags option.

  • You can select one or more tags to use for searching a case on which a classification has been run.
  • NOTE
If you select more than one tag, it will give you a more accurate result but may take longer to process especially if you have a large set of documents.
  • Click Search.

  • All the documents tagged with the tag(s) you selected are displayed.
