Monitoring Jobs
IPRO lets you monitor the progress of jobs being processed in real time.
How to monitor jobs
- Select Archiving.
- By default, the Monitor tab is displayed.
- On the Monitor tab, click the plus (+) icon next to Cluster Node to display the progress of jobs being processed.
NOTE
By default, each Archive Server is set to run a maximum of 10 concurrent threads. This can be customized on a per-node basis if memory and processor capacity allow more to be accommodated. To configure this setting, click Archiving > Clusters > cluster name > Nodes in the IPRO Admin UI to select individual nodes.

How to stop all jobs
- Right-click on the name of a job in the Running Job ID column and select Stop All Jobs.
- All running threads are stopped for this job and any accounts still queued.
How to stop pending threads
- Right-click on the name of a job in the Running Job ID column and select Stop Pending Threads.
- All running threads are completed. Any other threads in queue will not be run.
How to stop a thread
- Right-click on a specific thread in the list and select Stop Thread.
How to restart a thread
- Right-click on a specific thread in the list and select Restart Thread.
