Conversation Tab

If the instant message you are previewing is part of a conversation, you can view the complete exchange in the Conversation tab.

An instant message is content in Teams and Slack. An instant message can be a direct, group or system message, but it can also be a shared file, post or reaction.

How to Access the Conversation Tab

• In the Document view, double-click an instant message.
• Select the Conversation tab from the Preview pane.
• (Optional) By default, the List Type is set to infinite scrolling. To change the list format, navigate to the List Type drop-down menu in the bottom-left of the Conversation tab and select Pagination.
