Enabling User Access to Archives
Once your organization's mailboxes are archived, users can access archives through IPRO.
How to enable user access to archives
- In the IPRO Admin UI, select Archiving.
- Select the Connectors tab.
- In the Locations section, select a storage location that was previously set and click Edit.
- Deselect the Invisible to Regular Users option; this is the default setting.
- End users can now to view their archives through IPRO Search as long as they are logged in and have a valid license.
- Click Save if you have changed any settings.
