View Location Details

To view details for a specific data location and associated medium:

  1. In MediaThe medium (hard drive, DVD, network share, etc.) associated with the delivery. Manager, click the DataComprises documents, numbers, files, emails, and any other information stored on a digital device. In eCapture, refers to the electronic files that are discovered and processed. Locations tab.

  2. Locate a needed data location in the Data Locations list.

    3. See Work with Grids for details on sorting, filtering, and/or searching in the list.

  3. Click an individual data location to view its details, which appears in a pane on the right side of the Data Locations list, as shown in the following figure.

  4. Take any of the following actions:

    1. Review data location details. You may need to scroll in the browser to see all information. Details are taken from ADDAutomated Digital Discovery Processing and Media Manager.

    2. Click the Media link to view associated details in the Media tab.

    3. Close the details pane by clicking .
