Create a New Permissions Template

Complete the following steps to create a new permissions template in ADDAutomated Digital Discovery.

  1. Choose Case Management from the ADD main menu.

  2. In the left pane of the Case Management page, click Manage Templates.

  3. Click .

  4. Enter a new template name in the name field. The template name must be unique. A warning message appears if the name already exists, and it will not permit you to save the template.

  5. Select the desired permissions as described in Work with Permissions Templates.

    Note: At least one permission must be selected in order to save the permissions template.

  6. Click .

     

Note: There are a number of default permissions templates included with ADD. Click the links below to view the specific permissions assigned in each of the default templates.:
