Change the Presentation Theme

TrialDirector 360 PRESENT includes different themes you can apply at any time to give your presentation a new look. Themes that include "Projector" in the title are optimized for display on a projector, whereas the standard themes are best for display on a monitor. You can also display your own background image behind exhibits (such as a corporate logo), provided it is a JPG/JPEG, BMP, PNG, or GIF file.

To change the presentation theme:

OpenPresentation Preferences.
Click Stage, and then expand the Appearances area if it is not already visible.
Select a theme. A preview appears to the right.
If desired, select Reflection to show a slight mirror image beneath each exhibit and set the Intensity Level.
If desired, select Spotlight to illuminate an oval area at the base of each exhibit and set the Brightness Level.
If desired, click Browse and navigate to the image file you want to appear in the background.
Click OK to save your changes and close Presentation Preferences.
