Change Case Details
In Case Manager, for a given case, you enter case details when you create a case. You can edit the details of any case from the Details tab of an open case. For example, if you entered the wrong matter number when you created the case, you can change it.
To change the case details:

Open Case Manager.

Double-click on a case to open it.

Select the Details tab in the upper-left corner of the screen.

Click the Edit button in the Case Details panel.

Make any changes to the fields in the dialog.

Click Save.
The Case Details page appears.
The Edit Case Details dialog appears.
The new matter number appears in the Case Details panel.
