Closing Cases
When your case has been reviewed and tagged, you can close the case.
How to close the currently open case
- In the A Case Overview toolbar, click Edit A Case.

- In the Edit A Case dialog box, select Closed from the Status menu.

- The Close Date and Closed By fields are updated.
- Click Save.
How to close a case from the A Case management dashboard
- In the A Case Overview toolbar, click Case Management.
- The A Case Management dashboard displays.

- Select the case to close and click Edit A Case.
- The Edit A Case dialog box displays.

- From the Status menu, select Closed.
- The Close Date and Closed By fields are updated.

- Click Save.
