Configuring Indexing for Live Mail

A Live Mail Index job must be set up and run in order to search archive data in mailboxes. Live email also needs to be indexed so that remediation jobs run in NetGovern Search can discover mailbox content. Once indexing is configured, messages will be indexed according to the criteria and schedule set.

This is useful for eDiscovery managers, allowing them to perform eDiscovery on live mail in Office 365 and other environments.

This is useful for Security managers who need to perform data auditing and remediation on unarchived messages, as well as receive compliance audit reports alerting them to red flags in the daily flow of email.
