Opening a Support Ticket

By creating a support ticket through the IPRO Administration Console, you can also send log files along with your ticket. This allows IPRO Support to look into the problem and possibly find a solution before they even pick up the phone to call you.

How to Open a Support Ticket

  • In the upper-right corner of the IPRO Admin UI, click Help.
  • The Support screen displays. The IPRO Help Center opens.
  • Click Support Ticket.
  • From the overview, select the Technical Support option.
  • To request assistance, click Technical support.
  • Fill in the form. Describe the problem you are experiencing. Include as much detail as possible so IPRO Support can better understand your problem.
  • Click Send. The support ticket is created. This may take a few moments. If needed, you can modify the ticket now or later—see Updating a Support Ticket.
  • The latest log and trace files will be gathered. You can close this window at any time as this information can continue to be gathered in the background.
