Adding Data Disks for Archive and Index Servers
After the archive and index servers are bootstrapped, you need to add data disks prior to configuring the servers in the wizard. The majority of organizations deploying IPRO do so using virtual machines, in which case this step is necessary. Large organizations may instead choose to use external storage devices. In those cases, this step does not apply.
IMPORTANT
If you are unsure how to proceed, stop immediately. An incorrect configuration could result in permanent data loss and/or a non-functioning system. Contact IPRO Support for assistance.
