Opening a Debug Session of IPRO Search

While performing maintenance on the IPRO platform, you may need to start a debug session of IPRO Search so that logging will be very detailed, which is helpful in troubleshooting a problem. The verbose tracing information can be found in this file: /messagingarchitects/remote provider/dp.log.

How to Start a Debug Session of IPRO Search

• On the Diagnostic tab, select the Enable debug log option to enable logging for all remote provider nodes.
• Log in.
• When you are finished with your debug session, log out, and deselect the Enable debug log option.
