Selections Menu

The Selections menu lets you determine how items are displayed. When there are many results, you can choose to view only selected items to narrow down your search.

In the Selections menu, you can opt to: Display selected messages only, Hide compliance items, Hide reviewed items, or Select All.

NOTE
Making changes to the options available in the Selections menu personalizes viewing preferences only, and does not affect any other users.

How to Access the Selections Menu

  • In the Document view, click Selections.

Clear Selection

Deselects any selected messages and displays all messages.

Display selected messages only

Displays only selected messages. When you select this menu option again, all messages are displayed.

Hide compliance items

Hides items related to a compliance audit.

Hide reviewed items

Hides items that have been reviewed.

Select All

Displays all messages when you select this option. When you select this menu option again, all messages are displayed.
