Quick Searches
In NetGovern Search, you can efficiently search the data displayed in the Document view by performing a Quick Search.
Quick Search uses linguistic analysis to deliver contextualized results. For more information, see About Natural Language Processing.
The keyword(s) you enter in the Quick Search are applied to the To, From, and Subject fields of a message, as well as the body.
To search the Sender and Recipient fields of Email Messagesperform a Messages Search.
Each time you enter keyword(s) and

- In the Quick Search search bar, enter one or more keywords and press Enter.
- If needed, enclose the keyword(s) in double quotation marks to get an exact match.
- All matching results are displayed in the Document View.
Using double quotes will not produce results typical of an exact match. Your search will be limited to the words enclosed in the double quotes, but it will include their variants. For example, searching for "mention bank" will return "mentioning banks" but not "mention a bank".
