About Ongoing Archiving

You can easily configure the ongoing archiving of files, live mail, and content in Teams, Slack, and Gmail.

NOTE
Remember that prior to creating an archiving job, you must have already configured the required Storage Location or Live Location—see Configuring Locations.

To apply a single policy to different jobs on a regular basis, including archive jobs, Archive Lifecycle jobs, and export jobs—see Configuring Policies.
To archive numerous file types in various online and offline repositories, plus proprietary file systems—see Configuring File Archiving.
