Case Admin Template

This topic covers the full list of permissions that can be assigned in OPEN DISCOVERY. Permissions are assigned at the group level and filter down to the users within the group. The permissions outlined in the following tables are all of the permissions available to be configured. The table lists the following:

Manage export sets	The user will have access to Export Sets in Case Administration. If Production Sets permission is not enabled, then the user can only see non-production export sets. Manage production sets	Export Sets permission is required in order to view existing Production Sets. If Export Sets permission is enabled, then the user can see all export sets.	Export Sets

Redactions

Review

View case instructions	The user will have access to Case Instructions in the Case Details Expander Intended for the following types of documents: • General procedures and information needed by users reviewing a case • Details specific to the batches in a particular review pass	View expanders on case details
Manage coding forms	The user will have access to Coding Forms in the Case Administration Expander. The user will be able to create new and edit/delete existing coding forms	View expanders on case administration
Manage persistent highlighting	The user will have access to Persistent Highlighting in the Case Administration Expander. The user will be able to create new and edit/delete existing Persistent Highlights	View expanders on case administration

Lock tag updates	The user will have the ability to update Locked tag groups.

Expand Batch List

Documents

Search and Culling
Build categories	The user will be able to rebuild an analytics category by right clicking on a specific category and selecting Build Categories	View expanders in Analytics

Quick search	The user will have access to Quick Search. Quick Search is only available when in Expanders Documents	View expanders on documents
