Simple Search for Tagged Documents or Pages

The Doc and Page Tags tabs allow you to easily search for documents tagged (or not tagged) in a certain way. Results display in a new Search Results tab in the documents pane.

  1. Open the needed case or batch in Eclipse SE Desktop.

  2. Select the Doc Tags or Page Tags tab, depending on the type of tags you want to find.

  3. In the selected tab, right-click the tag or tag group title of interest and select one of the following:

    • Search > Search for Tagged Documents (or Pages): Find documents (or pages) that have been tagged with the selected tag. If a tag group title is selected, documents (or pages) tagged with any of the tags in the group will be found.
    • Search > Search for Documents Not Tagged (or Pages not tagged): Find documents (or pages) that have not been tagged with the selected tag. If a tag group title is selected, documents (or pages) not tagged with any of the tags in the group will be found.

Results display in a new Search Results tab.

  4. For page tag searches, on the Image tab, clear the Show All Image Keys option to limit the pages in the tab to those in the search results. Or, select the option to show all pages in the document.

TIP: You can also use a quick search or the Advanced Search dialog box (as described in Use Advanced Search) to find tags, including searching for all documents that are tagged or not tagged.
