Page and Document Navigation Shortcuts

Use the following shortcuts when you are working in:

Image Tab

The following navigation shortcuts apply when you are working in the Image tab.

Shortcut Key

Description

PgUp

Scroll up within the page in the tab.

PgDn

Scroll down within the page in the tab.

Alt+PgUp*

Go to previous page in the tab.

Alt+PgDn*

Go to next page in the tab.

Case Table

The following navigation shortcuts apply when you are working in the Case View or related tab.

Shortcut Key

Description

PgUp

Scroll up through the current record set (one “screenful” at a time).

PgDn

Scroll down through the current record set (one “screenful” at a time).

Ctrl+PgUp*

Select previous document in the table.

Ctrl+PgDn*

Select next document in the table.

Tab

Move to next field in selected row (to the right).

Shift+Tab

Move to previous field in selected row (to the left).

Arrow Keys

Move from a selected field in the direction of the arrow.

Record View

The following navigation shortcuts apply when a coding form is enabled for editing.

Shortcut

Key Description

Ctrl+PgUp, Ctrl+PgDn

Show previous or next document’s fields. (Previous/next document in the case table.)

Custom (Alt+)

Your administrator may define shortcuts for fields in coding forms to allow you to navigate quickly to needed fields. These shortcuts begin with the Alt key. Check with your administrator.

Tab,

Shift+Tab

Press the Tab key to navigate from one field to the next (top to bottom) in a coding form, or Shift+Tab to navigate to previous fields.
