Get Started - Use the TRIAL DIRECTOR Help System

The articles in this help system are designed to quickly point you in the right direction using clear and straightforward steps and scenarios.


The fastest way to find what you are searching for is to use the Search field in the top right corner of the window.

This help system is made up of "How to" articles that quickly explain the steps to perform all the tasks available in TRIAL DIRECTOR. For example, if you want to learn how to create a digital video transcript (DVT), type "Create a DVT" in the Search field and press Enter on the keyboard. Otherwise, use the links on the left and in the articles themselves.

Before the team can use TRIAL DIRECTOR, you must create an account and buy a subscription. After completing the purchase process, you can sign in to TRIAL DIRECTOR and add the rest of your team as members of the subscription. When you add each team member, an email invitation is sent containing log information for those you added.

After receiving the invitation email with the log information, you can then sign in to the Web Portal and activate your account. With your account activated, you can download TRIAL DIRECTOR to your desktop.
