Overview: Split and Merge Documents

Review allows you to split long documents; documents can also be merged together. These actions may be necessary to correct scanning or document import issues, or for other reasons.

NOTE: To merge or split documents, open a case. Documents can be merged/split in batches.

Documents with associated produced images cannot be split or merged.

Privileges Required

Users must have a specific privilege to merge or split documents.

Also, if field-level security has been set, users without the privilege to update fields will not be able to perform field-based functions associated with merging or splitting documents.
