Remove an Issue Type

In Case Manager, you can open a case and remove an issue type from the case on the Issues tab.

To remove an issue type:

  1. Open Case Manager.

  2. Double-click on a case to open it.

  3. Select the Issues tab. The Issues table appears.

  4. Select the issue type entry from the Issues table.

  5. With the issue type selected, click the Remove Issue button.

  6. A confirmation dialog appears.

  7. Click Yes in the confirmation dialog.

  8. The issue type is removed from the case.
